Carol and Helen have a wealth of customer service experience and endeavour to cater for all your needs and sometimes a reassuring hug if needed (pre-Covid days!).
The reception team is overseen by Maryanne, our Practice Manager, who joined Caversham Heights in 2023 after being a dental nurse for over 15 years. She is always ready to lend a helping hand on reception or in the surgery, too.
